Trend Alert: Statement Shoes

Anytime we are on the topic of shoes, I feel my heart beat faster, my pupils get wider and my palms getting sweaty! Can you think of a sexier, more daring subject?
Recession be damned! Perhaps this year we cannot afford or need to buy as many pairs of shoes as we have in the past. It’s okay though…that one time you do decide to splurge on a pair of shoes, make sure you pick up a “show stopper”. That’s right! If you are going to cheat on your recession budget then it better be something that’s worth it. Words to keep in mind are “exquisite” and “extraordinary”.
Statement shoes are an absolute must have this spring. Who needs new clothes when you can spice up any plain ensemble with these gorgeous shoes? Remember, a great pair of heels has the power of making your jeans and plain t-shirt look as though they’ve stepped off the runway.
