Bow Accents for Spring

Bow Accents for Spring

Give me some bows for this spring!

Tiny bows, small bows, large bows or over-sized, regardless of the size, bows are guaranteed to add feminine and romantic touches to any ensemble. The best part is that a bow can go on anything: back or front of a dress, belt, bag, hat or headband.  Another option is to simply wear a bow tie over a blouse. Bottom line is to use your imagination as well as personal style to step into this hot trend.  You can either purchase something with a bow or perhaps even DIY.

Personally, I am planning to attach a few bows here and there to update some of my boring tops and dresses. I promise to share with you guys the end result.

Here are some suggestions for you to get inspired:

Oh I love bows, they’re so romantic, but at the same time stylish.
Hmmm… that’s a great idea to improve some “old” pieces with bows, I will try to do it too. But I’m awfull to sew ;) (I’ve talent but I’ve no patience, nor time)

    Take care lovely

    Hey Mimi!
You’re right, I’m horribly busy these days. I finally made it to your site again, and made it to write a post again…
I love bows too. I sometimes tie my hair back with a ribbon :)
Will you post pictures of your DIY projects? I’d love to see some!
Thank you so much for your sweet comments, dear!

okay, yeah, i agree with the whole aspect of female bows, and btw, i am not a guy, I just have a guy name…
But anywat, the whole aspect and idea of the female bow, came out of the fall, ’08 tuxedo accent, BTW tux pants are supposed to be big in the spring of ’09, yeah.. this fashion has been going on a lot in my school since then, and before the first time i relly stopped to think of the prospect of the whole bow accents deal, was when I saw my BFFL, Maddi D. wearind this totally cuticle tux tee, that’s where i got the Idea for the fashion collection that i came up with on black and white, anyway, i am preety sure that this whole trend probably started in either cali. or here in seattle. but i totally give maddi props for spotting it, and i tottaly give myself props for knowing it would be big, however your guy’s sence of fashion, I’m sorry to say is a bit off. I saw this ttly amazing black bow clutch that you guys would love, simply adorable.
