I have spent the last day daydreaming of a vacation. I seriously need one! In an attempt to get a little distracted and inspired I went through some of my favorite Resort Collections for Spring 09.
Oscar de la Renta’s Resort collection is one of my favorites this year and you can see why. The collection is filled with many extravagant and exotic colours that just make you happy.
To simply put it, I love this astounding collection!
- The Gold jewelry
- Big Hats
- Cinched Waist (Oscar is a master at that)
- Caftans
- Beautiful Coral Colors
Enjoy the show but try not to catch the Travel Bug in the meantime…

Oh, I love Oscar’s dresses in general and this collection is gorgeous! Except for the first few looks that seemed to me to be a bit more “officy” looking, the rest of the collection is beautiful – fresh, brilliant colours. Definitely would choose a few outfits for my next vacation in Europe! =)

My FAVORITE is the top middle, the mustard slacks with the robins egg blue blouse… I absolutely love the slouchy comfy looking fit of the slacks, they actually remind me of a pair of orangeish ones I thrifted awhile back and will definitely be digging up into an outfit soon!
