Check out Nanette Lepore’s Spring 2009 fashion Show!  It’s is so unbelievably exotic that it makes me want to get on a plane and head somewhere nice and warm.  The main  colors  used in her collection were  poppy, jade and turquoise. Ruffles were used in nearly every outfit from silky skirts to leather jacket, making those garments  feminine and desirable.

Love her style! Such beautiful pieces! I absolutely adore silk! And it seems most of her items had a silk piece in them…it’s just so luxurious, and flowy and girly…I love it! I can’t wait for spring/summer!! =)

Hi Leyla!- It seems like summer is so far away…right now it’s a snow storm here in Toronto, so I won’t be seeing myself in those silky outfits for sometime. ( unless I go away somewhere hot and exotic * fingers crossed*)

Hi La Balette Rouge!- Thanks for stopping by darling. That necklace is definitely a show stopper! :)

Hi Katee- Yes, the jacket is absolutely beautiful. Even though I love flowery patterns, I can never wear them. It’s just too busy for my personality. It’s hardly ever that a find any pattern that I like and/or wear.
