Must Have Sunglasses

What’s the “MUST BUY” item on my shopping list for this spring? The red Ray-Ban Wayfarer shades. In fact I’ve been coveting this sun glasses ever since early winter, however, due to the lack of sun in Toronto and overspending on other coveted items in the winter, I decided to wait for the spring. They are the hottest thing out there!

If you are looking for funky, modern shades to “protect your eyes” and show your sense of style then the red retro looking frames are an absolute must have.
The Ray Ban Wayfarer had first gained their popularity in 1950’s and 1960’s, especially after Audrey Hepburn worn them on the set of the movie Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Their popularity faded in 1970’s but ever since the 2000’s celebrities and style conscious people have been bringing back the vintage looks, which eventually lead to the comeback of the Ray Ban Wayfarers. Now, we are able to enjoy new the classic style in a modern take.

What are you desiring this Spring?

Ooh I’ll have to try on a pair of these the next time I go shopping. I’ve got a tricky face shape and it’s hard finding sunglasses that flatter. (To date I’ve only had luck with one Chanel pair!)

These would be a good investment… as Ray Bans stay in style over time.. even if they go out of style, they are sure to return in 5 years! :)

Ooo I love these. I got a pair of red faux-Ray Bans at Urban Outfitters last summer. They really pump up an outfit.

They will probably look great on you- on me, not so much. I have tiny features and ahve to watch it with overly big shades!

Cute retro look. I can tell they will look amazing on you! For me, though, I would definitely have to try them on, but I don’t think the shape would be too flattering for my small face…you never know though! I like it in red – I can just see how it would set the tone for the entire outfit…great pick!
