The Shoulder Bag Trend

The Shoulder Bag Trend

Bags have gotten bolder and bigger, straps are longer and stronger due to the fact that an average woman nowdays tends to carry her whole life in a bag. The handbag just isn’t practical for us women anymore. Our only solution at the time is to make a switch to bags that can be worn over the shoulder. (Although it is not so healthy for our backs)

I don’t know about you ladies, but my bag usually consists of a mix of makeup, cell phone, ipod, books, magazines, some nutritional snacks and even clothes! Sometimes, I even have to carry two bags if I’m carrying my laptop.  If you,( like myself) are looking[SinglePic not found] for a comfortable, roomy, everyday bag this fall and winter then a shoulder bag will be one of your best options.  You might also want to go for a Messenger bag, a large soft, long strapped shoulder bag that can be worn across the body.  Both shoulder bag and messenger bag come in large or small sizes, one for every taste and occasion.  My favorite evening shoulder bag is quilted black Chanel. It’s an absolute classic that can be worn anywhere and is guaranteed to never go out of style!

Here are some shoulder and messenger bags for every budget:

Mark Jacobs shoulder bag is a perfect mix of rock and chic. Price tag $ 598

I agree! Big bags are a way to go for me! Like you said Mimi, I do carry my “whole” life in it…So the bigger the better…Speaking of which, I do need to go bag shopping, so could you check your schedule and get back to me on when you’re available? I definitely would love for you to assist me in choosing the best possible choices for me! Let me know!

I love a big bag! Even though I am petite I carry a large enough bag to fit my essentials and more. I just try to make sure its in proportion to my figure without it looking ridiculous!
