Who would have thought that a simple zipper can be used in so many artistic ways and create such a huge fashion trend. Designers all over the world are proving that it can. Why we love it so much? Well…Because as simple as it is, a zipper can add edge and sexiness to anything.

Simple dresses, shoes, clutches, jackets are spruced up with exposed zippers, which transforms them in dramatic statement pieces.

I couldn’t believe my eyes, when I was shopping last week. As I was going through racks of clothing at different stores and boutiques, I found dresses, skirts, leggings, handbags and even shoes are all dressed up with the modern detailing. I personally love it and am searching for a jazzed up – zipper LBD right now.
