Elle Fashion and Beauty Event- Toronto

I’ve had the pleasure of attending Elle Fashion and Beauty event last Saturday, held in Carlu, Toronto. The event was an exclusive opportunity to attend clinics and seminars boasting the hottest colors, tips and trends for the Spring/Summer season. We were also greeted with a goody bag and later on in the even lunch was provided.

However, for me the highlight of the Event was the Canadian Designer Fashion Show featuring Spring/Summer 09 collections of Simon Chang, Renata Morales, Tavan& Mitto, Marie St. Pierre and Shan.
The collections were quite exquisite, especially the one by Morales featuring bright summer dresses in chiffon, as well as avant-garde head pieces. But by far my favorite was Simon Chang who stole my heart with his breathtaking collection that reflected a modern woman- confident, sexy, beautiful and very sophisticated.

WOW, I am so impressed with our own Canadian Talent! That’s wonderful… There were some really beautiful pieces there and such unique styles as well. It definitely looks like you had a great time…And I like the idea of a slideshow, made me feel like I was actually watching the show… The only thing missing was the music..hehe.. Great coverage! =)
