Star Style on Trial- Taylor Momsen

I’m so ecstatic about the new season of Gossip Girl! I started watching the series on DVD this summer and let me tell you, after watching only a few episodes I got hopelessly addicted.

Gossip Girl cutie-Taylor Momsen is one of my favorite characters on the show. She is pretty, quirky and always stylish. Whether on or off the set she always adds her own flare to any of her outfits- that are usually punk-rocker inspired.

Did you know that aside from her successful acting career Taylor is also a professional model? That’s not it; she also has a blossoming music career, as the lead vocalist/ writer and guitarist of a music band- The Pretty Reckless. It’s hard to believe that at only 16 Taylor has been able to accomplish so much. Good for her and I’m sure she is an inspiration to all of the young talented girls out there trying to make it in the music, modeling and acting industry!

Her rock n’ roll style is her signature look that makes her stand out. She always takes her style to an edgier direction, meanwhile oozing confidence and allure.

Thanks for the lovely comments on my blog!! So, I admit I love that Gossip Girl is back on. The fashion is to die for! I tend to be in awe of Taylor (since we share the same name). When I was 16 I was wearing grungy flea market clothes like men’s t-shirts and polyester grandpa pants with converse (no joke..I was kind of a skater girl). I only wish I was this stylish then, but at the same time I loved being young and naive. xoxo!

You got me addicted to GG and I absolutely LOOVE the show, for its clever dialogs, the characters, the talented actors & of course the most amazing & over-the-top FASHION!
