Star Style on Trial- Leighton Meester

Maybe it’s because I miss Gossip Girl, (does anyone know when they are airing the show again? ), but I just had to put Leighton Meester’s style on trial. Why not? Her style is sexy, elegant, and at times- very unexpected, which keeps things exciting. Perhaps it’s her new singing career or maybe she’s just rebelling against her Park Avenue princess alter ego, either way I’m really enjoying her edgier and sexier look.

Playing Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl means that Leighton gets one of the hottest TV wardrobes, and her real-life closet is just as jam-packed with the cutest clothes. Wearing a feminine floaty dress combined with a trendy leather jacket or minimalistic neutral dress with crazy heels is Leighton’s signature style. When partying Leighton opts for short, sharp and fashion-forward outfits. However all those beautiful outfits wouldn’t look the same without the confidence Leighon exudes. Being comfortable in her own skin and knowing well how to play up to her best features is what makes her oh, so stylish!

I love Leighton’s style. Both on the show and in real life. And I agree, it’s her smile, and her confident aura that really completes the picture and why I think we are all attracted to her. =)
