What’s Your Signature Scent?

I believe having your signature scent reflects part of you- your identity or image, if you like. Over the years I have tried gazillion of different perfumes from the sweetest, floral, exotic to softest to strongest, etc. And I’m still open to trying new ones, however, I have developed my top five favorite perfumes which are listed below in order.

My all time favourite is Light Blue by D&G which I guess you can say is my “signature everyday scent”. I always carry it with me, however, no matter how much I love it, I can’t always wear it as wearing the same scent everyday is like wearing the same outfit everyday- it becomes boring. In addition, you lose the sense of smell. All the other ones in my collection I wear for different occasions. Chance by Chanel is my fiancé’s favorite- so I wear it whenever we go out or I wear Very Irresistible by Givenchy, whenever I feel like being Irresistible.

Oh I love your #2 Amor Amor from Cacharel, it’s my fav at the moment, but I do use others so as you say “wearing the same scent everyday is like wearing the same outfit everyday”

Ooh great topic! I tend to switch between signature scents according to season. My top fave for winter is Vera Wang Princess; the chiffon vanilla notes just make it so apropos for cold weather. In the summer, I like the green Chanel Chance and Vera Wang Look, which are both nice and light scents.

lately i’ve been decluttering my room. getting rid of all the things i don’t use, even if they’re new and hardly used. i’ve just been giving them to friends. it feels great being more simple. so i think i need to do that with my perfumes as well!

My fave perfume so far is Romance by Ralph Lauren and I save it only for special occasions. Chance by Chanel is a close 2nd:)

Well, my absolute favourite is Miss Dior Cherie, definitely my signature scent since the very first time I smelled it! )
Having said that, every now and then I switch to Chloé, which smells so incredibly sophisticated…

Ha! I guess since we’re sisters… Most of which you mentioned are also my favourites.. But one that is missing, and is one of my all time favourites is Kenzo Jungle…Issey Miyake & Glow by JLo, Also Fantasy by Britney Spears & Vera Wang are my newest faves!

The pic you used is actually my fav scent. It is my “go to” perfume. Chance by Chanel fits my personality and the scent makes me happy. However, I tend to wear different scents for different moods.
