Easy hair mask for beautiful hair
As we are entering the fall season, everything around us is drying out. Don’t let you hair be part of that! My hair tends to be extremely dry regardless of the season, so I personally use this method all year long. It only takes a bit of time and care to maintain healthy and beautiful hair. In my future blogs, I will be posting a lot more tips on how to get and maintain shiny, healthy mane. So stay tuned…
However, today I would like to dedicate this post to the power of olive oil! It really does work wonders and is really beneficial to us internally as well as externally. The richness of olive oil has been used for centuries to nourish and moisturize our hair and skin. It has also been taken in as a medicine to cure various diseases. I won’t get into too much details in this post, although I promise to expand on the topic in my future posts.
You might be asking- How can I perform this magical mask? Here are the directions:
Once a week before washing your hair, apply just a bit of olive oil to the ends of you hair ( since that part tends to be the most damaged and dryest.) I do not recommend putting it on all of the hair, especially on the roots, as it will be realy hard to wash out and you will be left with greasy looking hair.
Leave the mask in your hair for about 10-15 minutes. In the meantime you can watch tv, check your e-mail, or read my blog…. he-he. Once the time is up, rinse you hair at least once with shampoo, followed by light conditioning. Olive oil will add shine and moisture right back to your beautiful hair. Now, how easy was that?

This is such a quick, easy & most importanly NATURAL way to nourish your hair! I love it! Thanks for the tip, I’ll be trying it out tonight! =)
thnx a loy for useful information, i found out a lot of interesting things here!!! i like it!
